Q: Where is my item?
A:An automated email containing the tracking # will be sent out as soon as your order is processed, if you did not receive this email, your item might not be processed yet, or your email system may have junked the email. If you still can't find your tracking #, please let us know immediately so we can further assist you.
Q: The tracking # I received did not update?
A:When you received the tracking #, it means your order has been processed, it does not mean that the item is in transit already. It may take up to 24 hours on business days before it actually starts to transit and update.
Q: The tracking # says delivered, but I didn't get it, why?
A:If your package was sent through the post office, please check neighbors or your family members to see if someone has it, if not, bring the tracking # to your local post office and explain the situation to them. Sometimes the post office will hold your package and try to deliver again the next day if no one answered the door. If your package was sent using Fedex, please contact Fedex, they will trace the package and find it for you, or you may call us, and one of our customer care representatives will take care of your matter for you.

Q: The item I ordered is broken/defective/missing parts/don't fit/not as described, what do I do?
A:Our products are all carefully inspected before shipping, if you are having one of these issues, we will take full responsibilities for you. Contact us immediately through any of our contact methods, and we will walk you through the RMA process.
Q: The item I ordered is defective, can I get an exchange?
A:Even though we are very careful with the quality of our products, sometimes the factories might mess up a few. If you received a defective item, please call us ASAP and describe the problem to us, and we will be more than happy to assist you with anything,exchanging you to a good product at no cost at all for you.
QUESTIONS REGARDING CUSTOMER CARE:
Q: No one answered my calls?
A:Please call during our office hours, calls will only get picked up during those hours, and if you did call during our office hours but you were not answered, please call back later because we may be on the line with another customer. We do have a record of our missed calls, so we will call you back in the order it was received.
Q: No one answered my message/email?
A: If you sent us an email and it was not answered, it might have gone to junk, the safest way to email us is through eBay message, every message will be answered in the order it was received. Every message will be answered within 24 hours on business days.

Q: How much is shipping to my country/area code?
A:Please refer to our shipping chart above under shipping info. For US lower 48 states, refer to Domestic. For PO Box and United States territory anywhere outside of the United States mainland (ex. Q: I live in the lower 48 states, but I have a PO Box, why is the shipping more expensive?
A:Our packages are usually delivered by Fedex, and they do not ship to PO boxes, if you have a residential address, please provide that to the shipping detail during checkout to save on shipping.
Q: How long is it going to take?
A:Shipping duration is displayed in the shipping chart above, we are located in Southern California, delivery may take only 2 days when you are a California buyer, and may take up to 7 days if you are in New York.
Q: I need this item ASAP, can you guys do a next day for me?
A:Unfortunately for the time being, we do NOT offer expedited shipping. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Q: I live in Canada, can I use USPS?
A:Yes, for Canada buyers, if you want to receive your item using USPS, please refer pricing to ALL OTHER FOREIGN COUNTRIES.
Q: I entered a wrong address during check out, can I change my address?
A: Due to the fact that we ship out our orders in a quickly fashioned manner, your package may have already been shipped and is currently in transit to the shipping address you've provided. Our order processing system is automated, therefore this is not our fault. It is inevitable that changes were unable to be made. (Please see below)
Q: I need to change the address, but you guys already shipped it out?
A:If we shipped using Fedex, we can intercept your package and redirect it, Fedex will charge $17.00 to all intercepts, we have no involvement at all. If your package was shipped through USPS, we will need to wait for the package to come back, and you will be responsible to pay for shipping again.There is no redirecting service by USPS.
QUESTIONS REGARDING PURCHASE:
Q: Can I pay with my credit card?
A:Yes, we accept all major credit cards, please provide us the credit card #, expiration date, security code, and your billing address. We will only ship to your billing address, and you may either call us, email us, or fax us your information.
Q: I already purchased the item, but I don't have the money yet, can I pay later?
A:Yes, we have an automated system that allow buyers 8 days to pay after their purchase, if you were not able to pay within 8 days, eBay will automatically file a dispute on your order, and strike will be given after the process. (There is a chance that your item might not be in stock if your payment was not instantly made during purchase)
Q: I accidentally ordered some items on accident, can I cancel the order?
A:Please contact us either by eBay message or phone with your item#, eBay ID, purchase date ready, and we will cancel the order for you.

Q: There is no instructions for installation, how do I install my part?
A:We try our best to assist every customer on installation, you may contact us and ask for technical support. We will try our best to give instructions on our products, but we will not be able to provide specific instructions for each vehicle. Professional installation is ALWAYS recommended.
Q: I purchased the product, but why is the installation cost so much?
A:We provide retail at wholesale prices, we are not responsible for installation cost such as welding, bolting, or cutting. If your product requires modifications such as these, please consult a certified mechanic for a quote before purchasing from us. Our products are ALWAYS professional installation recommended.
